With years of experience in social service, Alpklyftans have built foster homes to take care of the needs of the youths. The objective of Familjehem Göteborg is to offer high quality foster homes, provide the youth’s stability with a safe home, meet the needs of the youth, offer a better work environment within the foster homes and few more. . The foster homes have some of the best features. It has two consultants who gets guidance and also enjoy the chance to participate in educations to take over other foster homes of the area. Although the foster home has access to entire Öppenvård Göteborg education programmes, yet formulation are done in a tailored manner to fulfill the needs of each individuals. With prior approval of investigation carried out by Kälvesten, the homes are trained in order to assure that they are prepared to take care towards the youth.. . This open care unit works based on kognitiva models namely KBT individualterapi, Repulse, social skill training. These are systems based on theoretical position with methods and deliberation forms that build on the theory. The group consults with the family members with a solution and systemiskt attitudes that can be helpful for the youths. The youths having problem of psychiatric complex, is psycho, or is having social complex problem – these are curable with payments taken from the family members through any resource. One example can ve the case of Behandlarna; this works actively with the school/practical vocational training place. It is seen that the family and other important network like to increase pro-sociala activities because it provides better results to their youth’s mental state. At present, in Göteborgsområdet, Alpklyftans has c.a 20 training apartments. Behandlarna does the work with the youth during 1-2 months before in-migration to training apartment and investigates their preliminary aim. Inside the training accommodation, youth's different life areas are concerned as an initiative of solid treatment. In this way, the youth improves and progress well to become steady in life. HVB Göteborg, is yet another team of Alpklyftans which stands for redirecting in the path of having a normal and healthy livelihood to the people. This team has been working since 1995 and has targeted to the age group of 14-20 both boys and girls. Activities within school, leisure activities, and therapeutic initiatives are carried on to understand their problems and hence applying solutions to reach the target of changing their life to normal one. Once completely cured, the youth is freed from the group.
