Rents in many buildings are at peak levels, while condo prices have lagged.
Our society is very complicated, even more if you are young. When I was 17 years old I started thinking about independence, living in my own place, having a little job, earn some money, keep studying and go to party's on weekends, you know, enjoy my age. It was really hard because I found a job after a few months but I didn't earn to pay for rent, condos were very expensive. After one or two years, something happened, condos prices started to be accessible for me, and I took advantage of the time. I started renting my first condo in New York, it was spectacular, I was so excited about having my own home, being independent. I always will be so thankful to the market for giving me that magnificent opportunity. Life is hard, and sometimes things will become complicated, but you always needs to be straight and face all your troubles, that way things will start to go good again. So from my point of view, if you are looking for your first house and your independence, you need to try renting a little condo in New York. I have read in so many places that living in a New York Condo is the best option for young people, and I say, yes, it is! But I know that because I have lived that experience. It's totally recommendable. Young people, you are the future of this Country, you need opportunities and the market is giving you what you need, please take advantage. The rest of the things after you get started comes along, look at me now, I'm a successful man who started living in a small condo in New York and worked in a supermarket, and now, I'm living in a Luxury Condo in New York and I'm owner of a firm. Take my advice check out the condo market and I wish you the best.
