The students who are doing masters in environmental energy development have to study, what a greenhouse is and what a benefit does it has? The people who are living in urban areas or we can say, the place, where there is more population and is mostly found filled with waste material, plastic, carbon remains etc. Ozone layer will be affected as if these waste products are burnt. This threat is increasing day by day and because of this, the United Nation has strictly instructed countries to build as much as conservatory and greenhouse properties, as they can.

Conservatory is a huge room which is made with glass. The roof of the room is also made from glass. However, for the construction of walls, glass along with 25 per cent of other materials is used. The whole room will be constructed without creating pollution around. Conservatories will be used for growing fruits, vegetables and plants of all kinds too. If you are fruit or garden lover and love to grow lemon, oranges and other critic fruits, then conservatories are the best place for this. There are a few companies only that promote such products that are environment friendly and safe, for home use.

In order to construct a conservatory, a construction company needs to have proper knowledge about making one. Ordinary companies don’t have proper knowledge about constructing conservatories. Even the companies that are known to be best need to work in a better way to target perfection. If they want to get perfection, then they must have LEED certification. Many countries have now made it a compulsion to get LEED certificate to target perfection. Companies are required to develop an office of their own and then apply for the LEEDcertification. The inspection team will come and inquire about performance of the building. If it is meeting all the requirements and it is not creating pollution then the company will be given a certification. In this way, the company will be able to make its business well.

If the company is declared pollution free then it avail a number of advantages. It will have a clear surrounding and a number of lush green plants along with flowers will be built around it. If a building has many visitors then it need to make sure that it is pollution free. In this way, people will not have to go through any issue that will affect their health. If you want to make your building to be declared pollution free then you will get certification. When a company will get certification then it will be able to accomplish the construction. If a company falls under the eligibilitycriteria, then it will not be difficult for it to get the certification. Once the company gets certification, then it can provide services at commercial as well as residential level. However, the company needs to focus on going green so that its future can also be secured. This will not only help the company but the future generation will also be secured as the ozone layer will be protected.
