In the race of unhindered progress and growth, we often forget to keep our environment, which is the base of life, safe and clean. If our environment is not protected, no life form can sustain longer and no development can become stable. In a country like Australia, environment plays an important role in national economy as many tourists from all over the world come here to see the most beautiful place on earth. The wildlife resources nourish in the lap of nature and teach us to create a perfect balance between development and pure surroundings.

Just like all objects around us, environment needs protection from damages done due to fast growth of nations. It is predicted that global warming will cause many small island nations to sink in the depth of sea in next few hundred years. The polluted air around us will cause many breathing problems for all living beings thus creating hazard for life. The water resources will deplete due to industrial waste and will create the scarcity of pure drinking water. You can't predict how many people will die of thirst if this degradation is not handled in time.

Understanding the need to protect our environment from unwanted degradation, many environmental agencies in Australia came forward to fulfill their duties and started to provide environmental services. Growth is the need of the hour but systematic growth with due attention on environment is the only way to make our earth a greener planet and safer to live in.

This growth is possible if all people become aware about environment and its importance for humanity. This awareness can be increased by spreading environment articles and the messages encouraging people to play their part in its protection. The Australian tourism is flourishing due to its natural beauty and rich sea resources. One can find thousands of fish varieties and sea species in Australian waters and can enjoy the wildlife in deep forests. However with environmental agencies' and people's participation, this goal can be achieved. So it's the time to come together and shake your hands to form a greener earth and safer world. We all together can make this world a better place to live in for our coming generations. We just have to increase the awareness level among the masses towards our environment and become cautious not to harm it.
