This practice tends to inspire you to talk, opening up discussions and concepts that they can use in the business. They know how to listen, and they know how to interact with you. These people are the kind who understands your needs as well.

6. They are positive-centered – leaders are a source of inspiration, and they tend to be optimistic. Why else do people still work for them despite the hard times? They tend to infect everyone with the sense of positivity that they bring in their work.
