Many times we come across such problems that make us feel very irritated. One such problem is the removal of broken bolt. Broken bolt removal is tough because the bolt has already broken down; the state of the bolt can happen due to many reasons. One of the primary reasons for which a bolt can get broken is rusting. The best way to remove a broken bolt is through the use of a left hand drill and a reversible drill. A good quality drilling machine with variable speed is ideal for such task.

Now the question arises as to how can you remove a broken bolt from any part of the door, windows, and machines as such. The very first step that you need to take is to drill in a straight way and at the center. Do this process very slowly so that the small drill is not affected by the pressure that is being put on it. When you cut metal it is good to use a little cutting oil to ensure that the drill parts remain sharp. Also use penetrating oil while drilling to make the process much smoother. The penetrating oil helps in the removal of the bolt much faster and the bolt comes out even before the drilling is complete. Remove broken bolt by drilling clockwise as well as anticlockwise. If proper tools are not used then removing the bolt can take some time and much of your energy. If you find that bolt stalling during the removal process then you can use more of the penetrating oil. This will lessen the stall and make the removal much easier.

Even after trying these processes of removal, if the removal is not done then the only process you can follow is heating the bolt with a blow torch for removal.
