The copy of the three day notice also has to be produced. After the magistrate goes through them, summons will be sent to the tenant to appear within five days. If the tenant does not appear, then the sheriff is ordered to evict the tenant from the premises and give the property owner his right. If he appears, then he is asked to put forward his case and the decision is taken after hearing both the parties.
