Work visa USA allows foreign workers to enter in the United States to work either temporary or permanently. The following are the different type of work visa USA:
P1 work visa is for internationally recognized athletes and entertainers to perform in a specific event.
Q1 visa gives foreigners an opportunity to work in a cultural exchange program in the United States.
P3 visa is for artists and entertainers to participate in a culturally unique program and perform in the USA temporarily.
H1b visa allows foreign workers who have a sponsoring employer from United States to work in a specialty occupation.
Working holiday visa is for young people aged between 18 to 30 years who wish to work while experiencing American culture.
Green card is for those who wish to work in USA permanently and have been offered a permanent work.
L1 visa is for executives with specialized skills of multinational companies who are being transferred from an overseas office to a US office.
E1 visa is for nationals from countries which the USA has treaty of commerce and navigation who are coming to the USA to engage in substantial trade between the US and the alien country of nationality.
H2A visa is designated for individuals who will be employed as seasonal farm workers temporarily.
H2B visa is designated for individuals who will be employed in a non-agricultural position which are seasonal or one time occurrence. Examples include restaurant workers, travel agents and landscape workers among others.
H3 visa is for individuals who want to participate in a training program and there is no numerical number of visas issued.
R1 visa allows religious worker to work in the United States for a non profit organization.
H1B1 visa allows citizens of Chile and Singapore to live and work in the US temporary for a sponsoring employer.
P2 visa is for artists who work as a part of a group entering the US temporarily as a part of an exchange program and two organizations must be involved.
TN visa is for Canadian and Mexican citizens who wish to work temporarily in the US for a sponsoring employer.
US immigration has increased due to the national unemployment rate which hovers around 9 percent, making many immigrant workers to come to the United States. US immigration has been given to many as green cards which have become the most common way for immigration to the US to highly educated immigrants, especially to international students who graduate from US universities.
