With HBO’s press event for the Television Critics Association Winter 2011
Author: qinqin | Posted: 29.11.2011Tour only days away, I wanted to give everyone a heads-up on what kind of coverage you can expect from Winter Is Coming. As many of you know, I will be traveling to LA to attend HBO’s 3-hour press conference. The conference, which is scheduled to start at 3 PM PST/6 PM EST on Friday, Jan 7th, will include a 30-minute Game Of Thrones dvd panel with George R. R. Martin, David Benioff, DB Weiss, Sean Bean, Peter Dinklage and Emilia Clarke as the scheduled panelists. Of course, HBO execs will be present as well to provide their thoughts on the series.
As to the coverage of the panel, both myself and Fire And Blood will be in attendance. I plan to live-tweet all of the major developments and FaB will be documenting everything from the conference for a full-report to be published later. Want to follow along with the live updates but don’t have a Twitter account? No problem. We will be using Cover It Live to stream ALL of my tweets and other relevant tweets and updates as they happen from the event, right here on the site. Hear Me Roar will be monitoring the CiL feed and users are encouraged to join in the discussion there to provide real-time reaction from the fans.
