Wearing hair accessories at a wedding is perfectly acceptable. While many consider there is a code of conduct when it comes to dress code at a wedding, hair accessories fall into the status of being allowed if they are particularly tasteful or appropriate. Inappropriate wedding hair accessories could very much be disallowed unless you’re the one actually getting married, if you’re a bridesmaid or whatnot inappropriate wedding hair accessories could well accidentally spoil the whole look of the wedding and drastically upset those being married, and that’s something nobody wants to do let alone if they are good friends with those getting married. Appropriate wedding hair accessories are hard to class when you think about it, who deems them appropriate or inappropriate? Is there some kind of judge that finds some wedding hair accessories okay to wear and others totally disbarred? No, but there is such a thing as common sense. If you’re wearing a tiara that spells ‘bad’ in the framework, that may be considered something of an inappropriate decision for wedding hair accessories. On the other hand if you’re wearing a flower, false or otherwise, in your hair it could very much be deemed acceptable and in some cases rather beautiful. If you’re a guest to a wedding, remember to keep your clothing and wedding hair accessories as low key as you can without looking like you didn’t make an effort, try to walk a fine line between looking good but not good enough to outshine those getting married.

Buying wedding hair accessories depends entirely in what you have in mind. If you want to go the previous route as mentioned with a flower, you need to decide if you want it to be real or not. Fake flowers can be fitted into headbands that can be hidden under the hair, and these need to be either made or bought. If you want to use a real flower you have to be aware that the flower must be fresh on the day of the wedding, and that to ensure it stays in anchoring to the hair is required like most wedding hair accessories.
