I'm writing this today because I hope to help people that certainly want to give up smoking, but feel they aren't able to. I tested out all the quit-smoking techniques. I have attempted cold turkey, used the nicotine gum and even patches. Absolutely nothing actually seemed to work. I could never really finish this terrible habit forever.
Well, while on a family vacation, I was at the airport anxiously looking for a ciggie but could not due to rules. When all of the sudden, I come across this woman sitting there smoking, right there in the airport lobby. She busted me starring and clearly thought I was a non-smoker ready to call airport security when she blurted out "It is a Smokeless cigarette, it’s not real, stop looking at me". So now my fascination was peaked; I needed to know everything I could about it. How could she be smoking in a totally smoking prohibited area? I was so interested, can you inhale? And even more crucial, why it seemed so amazing. Obviously, as soon as I got home, I was reading about E-cigarettes. By that same night I set about using an E cig, and haven't stopped since. I feel everybody should be aware about the best option out there right now if they need to get assistance to give up.
As far as the flavors, for me I prefer the Menthol. There are normally a few different options. Some of which include: Tobacco, Mint, Cherry, Vanilla and Marlboro. Many of the brand names serve up disposable editions of an E-cigarette, which is really practical. E-cigarettes usually consist of three main components: a cartridge, an atomizer, and a battery unit. A handful of designs use a disposable integrated cartridge/atomizer part known as a cartomizer. I have found the cartomizer prolongs the smoke time-span even more, and that is excellent. Many electronic cigarettes refills are produced based on a certain standard for the connections, making their components interchangeable. I guess it would be up to you to decide which E-cig provider is best.
All in all, E-cigarettes will be so much better for your well-being. You simply can't tell them apart from the regular cigarettes. I suggest it to all my friends. I think the E-cig is the sweetest thing ever! I hope they work for you as they could actually save your life!
