I knew making money online was going to be a new way of life-style and I figured that my dream of to work at home in my own web business had tobe realized or else my retirement plan would trail on until I was ninety-five or more.

I needed to drive less and have more home time. So I started using the net and found many ways to make more money than I thought I could.

Now not all of them were legitimate. Some of these online scams took my money. Others expected skills that I wish I had, like Search engine optimization, article witting and pay per click advertising.

I decided to develop some online websites around various topics, health and well being, diet, even sites about taking a trip you name it I probably built a web-site about it.

I bought products that were supposed to automate that were supposed to make the sites much simpler and have them indexed on bing quickly and easily.

Guess what? Some of these one shot wonders didn't care who they took to the cleaners, the only person making money online from the products were them. The average joe like my self was just a victim.

But I learnt a couple of valuable lessons from all the $1000's of dollars I invested in my online coaching and school of hard knocks. Would you like to know what a couple of them are?

If you are going to build websites, you'll really want:

1. You have to find a person who is honest, and not charging so much for their product that the average person can not afford to acquire it.

2. It should be simple and easy, with little or no learning curve.

3. There should be automation of tasks so you wouldn't have to baby sit the whole process, however, it has to be Go og le proof so you don't waste your time and money.

If you don't want to make websites, some people actually make money from Ebay, Amazon and other affiliate marketing programs. I won't be talking about them right now.

I have a few favorite ways to make money online, one is with marketing and the other is with a platform that assists me rank online websites in the search engines.

Do you know what works it's artical marketing, this brings people to my websites and affiliate links and I don't need to pay for the traffic.

Just imagine tons of potential buyers looking for a product that you have and they visit to your site or affiliate link for free.
