How to access audio on DVD?

Although audio on a DVD is digital, and a DVD to hold several audio options simultaneously. You can access the audio in either an analog or digital form. DVD players have standard stereo analog audio outputs that can be connected to any stereo system or stereo TV with stereo audio inputs. DVD players also have digital audio outputs that can be connected to any AV receiver with digital audio inputs. You must use either digital optical or digital coaxial audio connections to access Dolby Digital or DTS 5.1 surround sound audio.
