The USCIS established EB-5 Program in 1991 whose main purpose was to attract foreign nationals who had the desire to invest in the country and seek new business opportunities. After obtaining the approval from the USCIS, this program provides conditional Green Card to the applicants. The applicants can arrive in the country after this and apply for Permanent Residency in the following five years.
