Aldous Huxley once said, “After silence, that which comes nearest to expressing the inexpressible is music”. Music can provide that ultimate bliss which can wash away the negativities of our heart and mind. Music has no special form but at the same time it has different forms.

The different forms of the music stretches out like an ocean which could never meet. One form is quite soothing, silent without words while the other one is full of entertainment, loud and fun.

Let us discuss the three varieties of music which are far apart in their creation, composition and execution.

Ambient music-

The entertainment world has recently gifted us with a new buzz word, ambient music. The music mainly fades into the background but deliberately listened in the foreground. This music is a secondary activity which can have while doing some other works or when trying to get a sleep. Ambient music does not make people get their heads into it as it does not have any percussion, no vocals, and softly melodious. This is like that secondary activity which enhances the primary activity of an individual.

A drifting background sound when played keeps you semi aware. However, you do not put full concentration into it. When it comes to creating such beautiful music, things can be bit complicated. This is because, one needs to think a lot about the melody, form and tone of the music.

Concert music-

As contrary to the above, this is the loud representation of the music to hold the full attention of the listeners. Concert music is mainly a live performance in front of hundreds of thousands of music. Such musical performances can be by a single musician or a recital, musical band, choir or a music orchestra. Concert music can be arranged for some promotional activities or to add more fun element in your personal parties. The different venues may include concert halls, entertainment center, clubs, night pubs, auditorium, or any outdoor area. For an aspiring musician, live music performance is a bang-on opportunity to get exposure among the public.

In the concert music, stage is the main attraction. No matter what is the venue but the stage is of prime importance. Sometimes concert tours are also arranged where consecutive events are arranged in different places. These are mainly arranged for some promotional campaigns. When music becomes a background of everything, this plays a crucial role in public attraction.

Religious music-

The music which compliments a particular religion and inspired by its teaching and preachings is termed as religious music. Different traditional forms of music are said to have descended from religious music. The different forms of this music include Hindu music, Christian music, Sikh music, Islamic music, Buddhism music, Jewish music, African-Caribbean music, Zoroastrian music and many more. The musical melodies of this form of music create a soothing and relaxing effect on the mind. Often such music helps you to motivate and come out of the illness and dirt within you. This music makes us sensitive to the religious beliefs of different religions.

It is nice if people enjoy every type of music and learn the depth of each form. Every form has something unique, something very soft and heart touching. Live life to its fullest while enjoying music at its best.
