Parents’ Immense Love for the Child
A father whose age was 70 year had a son of 35 years. His son was highly educated, one fine day both were sitting on the couch together in the house. Suddenly a bird came in the window and then the father asked the son, “What is this?” The son replied “it is a bird”. After a few minutes father asked his son the second time, “what is this”? The Son said "Father, I have just now told you "It's a crow". Father again asked his son the third time, what is this? Son got irritated and said to his father in stern way, "It's a crow, a crow".
After a few moments the Father again asked his Son the 4th time, "What is this?" This time son lost his patience and shouted at his father, why u r asking me the same question again and again, even though I have answered you number of times, ‘ it’s a crow’ can’t you understand the simple thing. After a few minutes father went inside the room and come out with an old diary. That diary he maintained since his son was born.
He showed that diary to his son and when he opened that diary he read that “Today my little son whose age was three years old sat on the sofa with me, then a bird came and sat on the window. My son asked me 23 times what it was, and I replied him all 23 times that it was a bird. Each time I hugged him lovingly, he asked me the same question again and again for 23 times. I did not at all feel irritated I rather felt affection for my innocent child".
While the little child asked him 23 times "What is this", the Father had felt no irritation in replying to the same question all 23 times and when today the Father asked his Son the same question just 4 times, the Son felt irritated and annoyed. When our parents attain old age, we should not take them as a burden, but speak to them politely; always be cool, obedient, humble and kind to them. Be thoughtful to your parents and always try keep your parents happy forever.
They have raised us and always shower their blessings. They crossed all mountains and valleys without seeing the storm and heat to make me a person presentable in the society today". Always pray in front of the god and ask to give you the blessings so that you can serve your old parents in the best manner. Always speak politely with your parents, no matter how they behave. Just like any other relationship, parent and child relationship requires a good effort to make it a strong one. Maintaining close relationships and open communications helps to ensure parents and their children stay connected through all ages of their upbringing. The love towards each other should be revealed parents and child both should feel it.
