Need for Commercial Cleaning Services

The need for commercial cleaning services is important, not only because it’s the law to keep a working environment clean and safe for employees, but it lets employees know that they are cared for. What kind of message would be sent to employees if they enter work in the morning and are greeted with the stench of musty air and bacteria causing odors leaking out from the restrooms? In this tough economy, more employees are bringing their own lunch to work. Imagine walking into a kitchen area where the floors are thick with grime and the counters and sink are beginning to grow mold? This is not a healthy, safe, or pleasant place to be. Not to mention it just sets the tone for the environment as a place of little care for its customers and employees, or in the services or products it provides. Retaining happy employees, retaining happy customers and enticing new customers is only achieved in an environment that radiates professionalism. Commercial cleaning is one area that can’t be dismissed.

Thorough Clean can schedule commercial cleaning services for daily routine cleaning of bathrooms, the kitchen area, entrance, and main hallways if there are a lot of employees and customer traffic in and out of the business throughout the day. A regular weekly cleaning schedule works best for smaller business with a few employees and minimal customer traffic. Thorough Clean will work with your specific business needs, as every business has different expectations and requests.

The main entrance to a business should be cleaned according to a set routine to remove the presence of dirt, debris, and dust that can be brought in daily by customers and employees. The main entrance is the first thing everyone sees, which will cause an immediate judgment of the business and its employees. An un-kept and unorganized entrance way depicts a business that is not organized. If a business is judged as being unorganized, where will the trust be from the customers? How can they trust that their needs will be met by the business? Fresh, clean air and a tidy entrance reflect a business that cares for both its employees and its customers. It reflects a business that carries itself in a professional manner and takes pride in its services or products that it provides to customers.

The need for commercial cleaning services is also important in controlling the accumulation of bacteria and viruses that can be deposited daily in shared restrooms and the kitchen area, which can be re-deposited in other areas of a building. It is significant to employ a clean business environment to provide the benefit of safety and health to employees and customers.

Daily or weekly removal of garbage and the dusting of major surfaces is also an important need in commercial cleaning. This not only removes clutter and allergens, but keeps the environment tidy and professtional.
