Second is to have a very clearly and accurately defined role so that there is no confusion at later stages. And IT consultant should visualize success because you can achieve it only when you see it. Having no hope or faith never helps. Fourth point is that you should always remember that your job is to provide the best advice, only. Whether your client chooses to use it and implement it, it’s entirely his decision and you should gladly leave it to him or her. Fifth point is to remember to be result oriented. As the saying goes that nothing succeeds like success. One happy client can give you ten potential clients in future.
