In last few year the vogue of summer training for engineering students has increased greatly. As it has been noticed that the students who did their summer training seriously and enhanced their technical skills while their summer training programs are much more career wise settled as compared to other students who didn't attended their training or took their training for granted. The reason behind this is I.T sector is entertaining only well skilled fresher's. Well skilled fresher's saves both precious time and most importantly money of the company.

Top companies are looking for fresher's with "out of the box" technical approach who can take their company to the greater heights. Companies are not compromising with the packages which they are offering to the deserving candidates, neither they are in a mood of compromising with the quality of the professionals. The quality of a professional is the most important factor which companies looks for.But the quality of the engineering professionals has decline at a rapid pace in last five or six years, because of the compromises which majority of the engineering colleges are making in their educational system. As b.tech and MCA are all about 60 % partical knowledge and 40 % class room teaching, but in the present times class room teaching has replaced the remain 60 % of the practical teaching. This has result in poor quality of b.tech and MCA professinals because majority of them don't know how to work practically on technologies for which they are being hired.

B.tech and MCA students are lacking the quality for which they are known. It is not like that there are no jobs for fresher's but in fact, there are plenty of job for fresher's but the only condition is students must have strong knowledge of their domain. In short we can say that, the only way of entering the corporate world on entry level is to have strong technical background as b.tech and MCA students are known for their strong technical fundamentals.

Summer training is the answer of the career related problem of fresher's b.tech and MCA students. Because summer training is all about providing quality technical training to engineering and MCA student along with professionalism.The training systems in training companies are completely different from teaching systems which are being used in engineering colleges. Because students are being trained by assigning tasks to be done within certain timeline. Students are trained under training of experienced profesionals who assign them tasks accordingly. These tasks are completely practical applications of technologies which are to be done in very short period of time. Summer training changes a fresher students into well experienced working professionals. And such professionals are in great demand.

Summer training is about to arrive as month of may is approaching. As soon as the semester examination will be over, summer training programs will be started in leading training companies. The time have arrived to shape up your career in the best possible way.
