Usually you can install a CISS on almost all printers. A condition is that you should have enough space near the cartridges to connect the inside cartridges with the external ink tanks or reservoirs. The printers mentioned before are the best to install CISS and work without problems, but not on all models.
If you want to see if you can install a continuous ink supply system on your printer you have to make sure that you have a separated print head. If the print head is a part of the cartridge the system may not work properly. If you are going to install a bulk ink system to your printer, you will have better results. No more cartridges, means actually no more money on cartridge replacement that can be expensive. You have to check on the manual of your printer if the print head is attached to the cartridge, or look inside your printer.

But you will save money with no more cartridges in your printer, or you can keep your cartridge and use the continuous ink supply system.
